Full Digital Team Buyout – $100 per Athlete

Each athlete contributes $100. The team can collect from families and submit one payment, or OIS can collect directly through the registration form and mark your team as paid in full. Most parents already spend about that much on photos each season, so this plan just makes it easier and gives the team and parents much more in return. The Full Digital Team Buyout covers all the player’s photos, team images, graphics, and also reduces the Boosters banner purchase.

• Media Kit with team graphics for social posts, sponsor features, and announcements — coaches can choose from multiple kit options
  Coaches will select the featured athletes for placement on the team graphics before delivery. No player swaps or substitutions after delivery.

• Complimentary Banners: — cutting booster costs right away (up to 10 depending on roster size)

  Banners are standard 5’×3’ vinyl unless otherwise noted. Additional banners can always be purchased at the current standard rates. If a larger size is needed, you would simply pay the retail difference in cost.

💙 What Parents Receive

• Note: Parents do not receive banner images — those are reserved for team use

💡 How It Works

In order to participate in the buyout, the team submits a complete roster, and a full buy in is required. The team can either collect the $100 per athlete and send one total payment, or OIS can collect directly from families through the booking form and mark your team as “paid in full.”
Whichever keeps things easiest for you.

All checks must clear prior to the shoot, so please make those plans if you need to write business check. Please note: The buyout is confirmed once payment clears — this ensures session time, template design, and production scheduling. Personal checks are not accepted. Payment may also be made by credit card or cash.

OIS offers a quiet Player Pot fund to parents to help cover athletes who might need assistance — so everyone is included.

Why the Full Digital Team Buyout Matters

Last season, I photographed a team that was heavy with seniors from a school representing a wide range of backgrounds and demographics.
Sports can be expensive, and not every family is able to prioritize photos — even when those images could play an important role in their athlete’s future for scholarships, recruiting, and player profiles.
If the Full Digital Team Buyout had been in place, every athlete would have automatically received everything included in the package: full-resolution professional images ready for personal use, recruiting, school publications, and team or sponsor promotions.

The Full Digital Team Buyout simplifies and standardizes media not only for every team, but also for every athlete:

About The Player Pot

Georgia is made up of families from all kinds of backgrounds and circumstances, and not everyone is in the same financial place. Sports can be expensive, especially in public schools, and sometimes families need a little help to make sure their athletes can share the same experiences as others.

The Player Pot helps make that possible. It’s an optional way for parents to quietly contribute a little extra when they register. Those small, voluntary donations go toward helping other athletes have the same opportunities to be represented, supported, and proud of their hard work.

While Paulding County will likely benefit the most, the Player Pot isn’t limited to one area — it’s open to athletes across Georgia who could use a little extra support.

Session & Team Booking Overview
The Full Digital Team Buyout covers all player photos, team images, graphics, and full digital delivery.
No Creative Design Fee and no banner minimum requirements. Travel fees still apply where noted.

Scheduling & Availability
Weekday evenings and weekends available at OIS
Monday–Thursday: 6 PM – 8 PM
Friday: 1:30 PM – 6 PM
Select Saturdays & Sundays: 1 PM – 5 PM

Team Sessions – On Location (Indoors / Outdoors)
On-location sessions are available for schools and teams that prefer to shoot at their own facility.
No make-ups are offered for on-location sessions.

Arrival Times
Indoors: Fridays by 3 PM | Sat/Sun by 9 AM
Outdoors: Fri/Sat/Sun arrive by 4:30 PM | shoot by 6 PM

School Requirements for On-Location Services
Standard scheduling applies for all teams within or beyond 15 miles of OIS.
A $100/hour travel fee will be applied to the final invoice.
If out of state or an overnight stay is required, actual rates of flight/travel and accommodations will apply.
Full online registration is required for high school and middle school teams.

All-inclusive media: No CDF and no banner minimums. Travel fees apply as listed for distance-based sessions.
