Our PWYC (Pay What You Can) Senior Portrait Program
was built to do more than just offer beautiful, affordable portraits — it’s about investing in our community. Every dollar spent at a local Paulding County business helps fund our schools through E-SPLOST.
🔹 For every $1 spent locally, 1¢ goes directly to the E-SPLOST fund.
🔹 That fund has helped build 21 new schools, 16 major additions, and supported hundreds of classroom upgrades and maintenance projects in Paulding County.
Here’s the bottom line:
When families take their business outside the county, those dollars — and that impact — disappear. For example, if 200 parents spend $500 on senior portraits elsewhere, that’s $1,000 in lost E-SPLOST revenue that could have directly supported our students.
That’s why shopping local matters.
And while the PWYC program is flexible, it’s not free. Own It Sports is a business, and most families invest $200–$500 using a simple payment plan that works with other senior-year expenses. That often includes multiple sessions, scenes, editing, all the digitals, and more.
There’s no set price — because everyone’s story and situation is different. That’s why it’s called Pay What You Can.
To participate in the program, I ask only that:
1. You attend a Paulding County school or live within Paulding County, and
2. Please don’t use me as a backup option after spending hundreds of dollars with another photographer or studio. I say that as someone who’s been there. I’ve been forced to hand over my wallet more than once just so my own kid could appear in their school’s yearbook during their final year.
The quality of my work—and the care, honesty, and intention behind it—speaks for itself right here on my site.

The Not-So Fine Print:
1. These sessions aren’t free.
They’re designed to keep business—and E-SPLOST tax dollars—in Paulding County. Please don’t book with me for senior portraits, then drop hundreds with another photographer or studio. There are over 50 licensed photographers in Paulding, including me, who are proud to serve our seniors. If you need help, I offer flexible payment plans to make things manageable.
2. You’ll still need to take your yearbook photos with the school’s official photographer.
That session will have its own fee, but you are not required to buy any prints or products from them. You just need to sit for the photo so it appears in the yearbook.
3. Your parent or legal guardian must book this session.
Even if you’re 18, this session must be scheduled by a parent.
4. You may reschedule one time—respectfully.
Give me fair notice. A no-show (no call, no email, no heads-up) means you’re done. No reschedules, no exceptions. My time is valuable, and this program fills FAST.
5. You’ll receive digital files and a print release.
You’re free to print with any lab, blow them up into human sized foam board cutouts (talk to Mr. Richard Nunez), or make tangible keepsakes. But: You may not edit, resell, or outsource these images for things Own It Sports already offers—like banners, commitment graphics, or jerseys swaps. No third-party edits. No Fiverr gigs. No Canva filters. These images represent my work, and I stand behind the final product you get from me.
6. When your images are ready to download, I’ll text you.
That message will include payment options: Apple Cash or PayPal are preferred, but Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle are okay as well. You’ll Pay What You Can, and once I see a payment come through, I’ll send your download link. Easy as that.
