- TAKE YOUR TIME filling out the form. Incorrect info will place your athlete in the wrong team photo. My workflow is based on what you enter.
- Planning to purchase? Do not choose the 5-minute session. It is team photo only and not uploaded. Purchasing sessions include more time, more poses, uploaded images, and a $10 deposit. Selecting the wrong option delays everyone. Select the correct registration option from the first dropdown, then choose your date and time.
- Complete the form and submit. If a balance is due, you’ll be prompted for payment. Gallery link and ordering instructions will be provided at the shoot.

Adds buddy poses with teammates and includes a $10 editing credit. Includes buddy photos + 1 digital image and a 3.5×5 acrylic block per athlete. Buddy Blocks are scheduled at the end of the evening. Additional time is reserved for buddy posing and editing. Select the Buddy Block option in the calendar; you’ll see an example later in the registration form.
