FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES

All cards on the table… Fundraising is intimidating and not very fun. But here in Georgia it’s almost a must for teams and clubs. As a small business owner myself, I don’t have the overhead for a $500 donation/sponsorship every season, but I could do $100-$150 and would!

Fundraising opportunities require a signed agreement to use OwnIt Sports for your teams photos and banners the following year or season.
You can do the fundraiser each year/season.

POSTERS: If you purchased senior banners, I will provide you 25 posters for free to get you started. If you need more, they may be ordered at $4.00 each. I will invoice you at a later date. If you are a new team, the posters will be $5.00 each with the entire amount due prior to printing. Your team can then resell the posters for whatever price you want and keep the profit. Posters are single sided, vivid colored, thick poster board printed in large format 18″ x 28″. There is an extremely quick turnaround time in shipping.

Posters Scenario: You order 300 posters to sell at $10.00 each. That is $3,000 in sales, less the cost of $900 to print = profit to your team $2,100.

BANNERS: If you are a returning team, I will set up a webpage for sponsors to purchase. Banners will be priced as normal but you are welcome to sell the sponsorships for whatever price you like (suggested price points are $100 and $150). Your team will keep the entire difference between the cost of the banners from me and the price you decide to sell them at. There can be spots on the banners for sponsorships from local businesses, parents, or friends. The banners can be of the team or individual athletes with up to 5 sponsors on an individual banner and however many you determine appropriate for the team banner. I will provide a poster of the individual (that the athlete can sign – have a Signing Night! How fun and will make them feel like the superstars they are!!) they sponsored or team to each sponsor to hang in their business.

Banners Scenario: You have 10 Senior Football Players. Each player finds 5 sponsors at $100 each. That’s 50 sponsorship spots that have been sold totalling $5,000, less the cost to print = profit to your team.
