Team Photo Day Information for Coaches and Athletic Directors
To ensure a smooth and successful photo experience, every athlete must be registered through a custom webpage that OIS will provide for your team—regardless of the shoot location. Registration is required, and a complete team roster must be submitted before photo day.
To avoid long wait times and logistical issues at on-site locations, we strongly encourage teams to schedule individual sessions at the OIS studio in Acworth across several days. This flexible scheduling works well with busy student athlete and parent calendars and allows OIS to coordinate around your team’s practice schedule—something coaches consistently appreciate.
During registration, parents will have the option to request their athlete’s images be uploaded to the gallery for purchase. A $10 editing credit is charged at that time to cover editing and gallery prep. Credits are non-refundable and expire two months after the gallery is made available.
Makeup sessions are not available for on-location photo days—no exceptions. Makeup sessions are only allowed when a team is scheduled to shoot at the OIS studio. OIS does not offer makeup sessions for any reason more than three days after the team’s final scheduled photo day. If an athlete needs to be photographed earlier than their scheduled session, we will do our best to accommodate.
FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES
Teams interested in fundraising through Own It Sports must sign an agreement to use OIS for their team photos and banners for the following season. In return, your team may become eligible to earn significant support funds to help offset costs and build team resources.

BANNERS: Creating senior banners and team composites involves a significant amount of time, design, and production. I do not charge schools or teams an upfront fee to photograph athletes or build the composites—I rely on banner sales and parent purchases to cover these costs. My turnaround time for banners is extremely fast, and I’m committed to delivering high-quality results quickly.
For schools located more than 15 miles from the OIS studio, a $100 travel fee will be added to the final invoice. These teams must order at least six small banners or four large banners. Individual pre-pay is optional, but registration is required. Sessions for these teams are only available Monday through Thursday.
For Paulding County schools, I only accept bookings if the team is a current OIS client or plans to order at least four small banners or two large banners. As with all other teams, individual pre-pay is optional, registration is required, and sessions must be scheduled Monday through Thursday.
Fridays are reserved for game days during active sports seasons and are not available for banner sessions or team photography, regardless of location.

FEET WIDTH + FEET LENGTH = BASE x MULTIPLIER = EACH BANNER COST
To determine the cost of a banner, simply add the width and height (in feet) of your desired size, then multiply that total by the rate listed in the pricing table above. Unless otherwise noted, all banner pricing includes photography, design + layout, and printing. Standard shipping is FedEx Express 72-hour and is billed at $10.00.
Team banners use a fixed multiplier of $18.00. For example, a 10′ x 4′ team banner would be calculated as follows: 10 + 4 = 14 × $18 = $252.00.
Coaches always have a say in selecting the design or template used for senior banners. I want every team to love their final product and have a great experience with Own It Sports—something that brings you back year after year to create incredible images for your athletes.
Seniors will receive a completely different template than the team banner to make their banners unique and special. Almost every element can be customized, including font style, placement, colors, and graphic elements. Most templates are available for all sports and activities—for example, a basketball template usually has a version available for football, volleyball, or other sports.
When your session is scheduled, I’ll send you a gallery of available templates to choose from. You’ll only need to pick one template for the parent’s images and one senior template for your seniors and the team or group yearly banner.
